You can use this setup process for Microsoft Office Outlook 2016 Or 365. 

Open it from desktop icon of Outlook 2016.

Open the Office Outlook From the Desktop Or Start Menu. 

After it opening, it will take some time to load and show you loading screen.


After clicking on email option the new window opens (Add Account) on this window enter your email account information. In this window fill your Name For Email, Email Address and Password. And Click on "Next Button" to Continue.


After clicking on Next button the Mail Account Setup Window automatically detects the email server configuration and establishing connection with your email id.  Now Click on "Next button" to continue. (it will take Upto 15 Minute to connect Outlook with mail system)


After clicking on Next button, now the last final window shown with congratulation message, in this window your email is automatically setup from the outlook click on "Finish Button" to view your emails in outlook. (it will take Upto 15 Minute to Setup your account In Outlook)


After clicking Finish Button you can view your emails list on the side area.(it will take Upto 10 Minute to Load All Emails In Outlook)
