Mozilla Thunderbird is a cross-platform, open-source email client originally released in 2003. The program acts as a hub where you can organize all of your email addresses and the messages you receive from each in one location. Through its various updates, Thunderbird's functionality has expanded to, include such tools as an address book, activity manager, and message search. The guide that follows shows how to accurately setup your Thunderbird for your business/corporate email account.

Download and install Thunderbird. 

You can download Thunderbird from the program's official website, https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/



After installing open it from desktop icon of Mozilla Thunderbird.



After it opening on local Folders of Mozilla Thunderbird find Create a new account area and in that area click on Email option (if Welcome to Thunderbird window opens then use step 4).


After clicking on email option the new window opens (Welcome to Thunderbird) on this window click on 'Skip this and use my existing email' button.


After clicking on skip button the Mail Account Setup Window opens, in this window fill your Name For Email, Email Address and Password. And Click on Continue button.


After clicking on continue button the Mail Account Setup Window automatically detects the email server configuration and show you two options IMAP and POP3, Please choose IMAP for setup your email.  And Click on Done button.   (Do not use POP3, if you use it the emails are only view on this computer not on Internet/other computer)  


After clicking on Done button, the Add Security Exception window opens, in this window click on 'Confirm Security Exception' Button.


After clicking on 
 'Confirm Security Exception' button the Mozilla Thunderbird will make the connection to the mail server, please wait for 2 minutes to load it. And after 2 minute click on your email address name on side panel and then click on Inbox option to see your emails.


After clicking on Inbox option you can view your emails list on the side area.

And when you click on any one email on the emails list, then that mail open in the button side area.
